How do you remove rust stains from concrete?

Rust from sprinkler heads, fertilizer and metal furniture needs a dedicated rust remover — not just pressure. We apply it to the stain, let it react, then surface-clean the area. Most rust lifts completely; very old, deep rust may lighten in stages.

Can you clean stamped or stained concrete?

Accepted Answer

Yes, carefully. Stamped, colored and sealed concrete is cleaned at reduced pressure with a wider fan tip so the sealer and color aren't stripped. We see a lot of it in Sugar Land and Friendswood and treat it like the finished surface it is.

How long before I can park or walk on my concrete after cleaning?

Accepted Answer

You can walk on it as soon as we're done and park on it within an hour or two once it's dry. If we apply a post-treatment or sealer, we'll give you a specific dry time — usually 4–24 hours.

Question 4

Will surface cleaning leave stripes or wand marks?

Accepted Answer

Not with our equipment. We use commercial rotary surface cleaners with overlapping passes for an even finish, then wand-detail only the edges and joints. Zebra striping comes from cleaning a whole slab with a wand — we don't do that.
